Eligibility

The information you provide (name, phone, email, address) must be accurate and verifiable.
Orders & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or email.
Orders may be canceled by us due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
We reserve the right to adjust prices, which will apply only to future orders.
Any applicable VAT or government charges will be communicated at checkout.
Payment
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, or bank transfer.
Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued through the same method.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues (see Shipping Policy).
Failure to receive delivery may result in additional re-delivery charges.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport issues, or similar events beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
Product misuse or user negligence is not covered under liability.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction in Dhaka courts.
Changes to Terms Liltoyz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
