    • We deliver all across Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas.
    • Delivery to rural or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.
  2. Delivery Time
    • Standard: 2–7 business days.
    • During holidays, strikes, or natural disasters, delays may occur.
  3. Shipping Charges
    • Inside Dhaka: ৳80
    • Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  4. Packaging & Handling
    • All products are packed securely to prevent damage.
    • If damage occurs during transit, customers must inform us immediately.
  5. Delivery Attempts
    • If you are unavailable at the address, the delivery agent will contact you.
    • Re-delivery may involve additional charges.
  6. Refusal of Delivery
    • If you receive damaged or wrong items, you may refuse delivery. Please report the issue to us immediately.
