1. Return & Exchange Window
    • You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  2. Eligible Reasons for Return
    • Wrong item delivered.
    • Damaged or defective product.
    • Manufacturer defect.
  3. Not Eligible:
    • Used items, items without tags, or damaged by customer misuse.
    • Color/model change requests unless previously agreed.
  4. Refund Process
    • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
    • Refunds will be made via the digital payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank transfer).
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Exchange Policy
    • Items can be exchanged for the same product (different color/model if available).
    • Any price difference or extra shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  6. Rejection of Return/Refund
    • Requests outside 24 hours window will not be accepted.

Returns that fail to meet conditions (used/damaged/no tags) will be rejected.
